The Zklar are one of the primary inhabitants of Rondiron. Short and stocky, Zklar roam the plains that separate the various kindoms of Rondiron. They are primarily hunter-gatherers, living in clans of between 100 and 1000 members. Zklar are charismatic and well liked, providing goods transporation and caravan guards to many cultures in exchange for food. They are fierce warriors, however the Zklar rarely enter combat. They will fight alongside their fellow men if they are endangered, but due to their nomadic lifestyle Zklar never fight on the basis of land or trade.
Zklar travel on thier shaggy, stocky ponies, which are exceedingly loyal and brave. Zklar often sell these ponies to traders when food and money is scarce.
